July 14, 2012 - Disappointing, possibly showing its age. Moderate depth, gold colour. Aroma was dominated by either cork pickup or old oak., not much fruit evident. Palate was better, very dry, good weight and length.
January 3, 2011 - Quite bright. Still drinkable certainly, but maybe verging on too much acid for my taste. Drunk nice and cold on a hot day, so seemed appropriate.
November 13, 2010 - A lighter weight effort. Strong acidity. Not much character here.
February 3, 2010 - At Stockholm airport: this was excellent - bracing acidity, real cut and body, fine focus - I have much more luck with the basic Fevres than the grander offerings
November 23, 2009 - Wonderfully expressive and open knit with aromas of white flowers, candied pear and minerals. It is quite voluminous and has a sweet white peach heart. A torrent of pristine river water canyons through the mouth to provide a cleansing finish and it has decent cut.
November 10, 2009 - Confrerie Burgundy Trip – Day 1 (Chablis/Beaune): Fresh nose of grass and limestone. Mouth watering acidity on the palate. Simple and easy drinking. Peaches on the pleasant finish.
