October 10, 2018 - Ten years on. Holding on just fine but a curiosity at best. The age is not overly evident and there is good fruit richness on the palate. There is a savoury element and on the long finish a subtle nuttiness. Kudos.

July 2, 2017 - Lots of white petals, honey and a touch of spice. Really holds the attention - complex but so nuanced; lovely weight and texture on the palate, deliciously creamy. Wonderfully cool and mineral on the palate - hard to believe this is approaching 10 years old! Give white Burgundy a miss and drink this instead.

August 27, 2016 - Palladius 2008 - drinking beautifully this has ripe white fruits, wax, beeswax, tropical, jasmin. Full rounded oily palate with a great acidity that lifts up the wine. No need to say, but Eben Sadie wine's are outstanding.
