July 28, 2020 - Long Italian Lunch, 28 July, 2020; 7/27/2020-7/28/2020 (Pokai Parera, Ekatahuna, New Zealand): Bright, lively, and typical Cava. Certainly many many steps above the regular Freixenet cuvee. Has good lift, and balance, but is not particularly complex or memorable.
September 29, 2019 - 3.5*
"Good value, bright, green apple, lemon zest, and something I can't place like something earthy or nutty."
June 19, 2019 - Clean and quite balanced sparkling wine, green notes, simple structure but well shaped. This wine is not a try hard Cava that tries to be a champagne.
December 28, 2018 - 12.0% - In line with last bottle, well balanced and a nice brunch bubbly.
December 23, 2018 - 12.0% - no formal note. Nice delicate citrus appeal with green apple, some herbaceous notes.
March 9, 2018 - 12.0% - no formal note. Had it with "American Chinese food" which was not a bad option at all to pair with.
