  November 28, 2019 - Found this last(?) bottle in the corner of the cellar. Quite delicious. Excellent acid foils with very full and fat and long Old World - Sauvignon Blanc flavors. Some nutty oxidation, but nothing off-putting. Not that complicated, otherwise. I don’t think I would wait another 5 years for the next bottle, but I’m sure it would last in a proper cellar.

  August 6, 2013 - Refreshing, tart and excellent length as flavors linger. Likely in its sweet spot. Excellent with a salmon filet stuffed with crab. Best sauvignon blanc this summer.

  December 4, 2011 - Lovely citrus and mineral nose. Lots of minerals and acidity to cut the viscous weight of this wine. Some oak peaks through on the finish. DR is a rock star of Touraine.

  March 25, 2011 - Quite a bit of concentrations and flavors. Viscous with a lot of acidity and minerality. On the palette, citrus notes. Fresh and vibrant. The nose was spectacular. Best thing of the wine.
