November 8, 2011 - Drank with some friends in October 2011. Decanted for about 1 hour before drinking...still tight but opened up after another hour in the glass. Great brown sugar and berry aromas on the nose, and a nice long finish. Definitely the best wine I've tasted from Kestrel.
