February 4, 2013 - James turns 30 years old (Trenchermen, Chicago IL): Nose: Beautiful and mature nose with tones of honey, wax, marmalade, caramel apples, spiced pears, and baking spices as well. There is nice depth to this with a mature class as well.
Taste: Medium/full bodied with medium acidity. The feel is very lovely along with mature tones of honey, wax, spiced pears, and some baking spices and a touch of lanolin.
Overall: This was a lovely and mature champagne. It started things off perfectly and was a real treat. -

September 15, 1996 - A fabulous champagne, 13 years old and not showing it. Lovely pale yellow gold, very fine bubbles, creamy nose, nutty, fragrant, elegant and refined.
