January 14, 2017 - Big flavor. Pear and creme Brûlée with a finish that goes on for awhile. There is some citrus wrapped in there as well. A lot packed in here, a concentrated big wine.
As I have noted often giving this some time to open either via a quick decant or extended time in glass as well as proper temperature is critical. If served too cold it will be overly bright and even a touch metallic. But at a slight chill (~55 degrees) everything really comes together.

December 19, 2016 - Med lemon gold color with vanilla and pineapple aromas. The palate was butterscotch candy with vanilla and acid on the finish. While good this was way too alcoholic and thus out of balance.

August 10, 2015 - Drank with Chad & Laura, good but a bit too oaky for me

July 20, 2015 - Wonderful chard, but starting to oxidize. Good secondary flavors, but fruit is dropping out. Acid still good. Drink-em if you got-em.
