August 13, 2021 - Very very nice, at peak drinking wonderfully and did not feel over the hill or past prime at all. Tannins fully integrated though so this wine does not have much time before it does begin to fade - drink up any holdings now. Profile is that of a stereotypical high end fully mature CA Cabernet.

January 4, 2019 - Silky smooth with a weighty velvety medium bodied texture -fragrant nose w/blackberry/gooseberry and notes of licorice and spice.
Nice decent medium length pleasant finish -not too heavy.
    Really enjoyed this wine.

December 27, 2017 - I don’t know how good my rating number is. This wine has the tannins fully absorbed. It is a little past it’s prime but it is not something you wouldn’t drink by a long shot.

March 4, 2017 - Opened up after an hour. Merlot-like smoothness for a cab. Smoke and berries. Went well with grilled lamb and vegetables.

January 7, 2017 - I've been saving this bottle and finally decided to open it. Upon using the cork screw I noticed that as I started to draw it out I saw crumbling. Not happy. Kinda thought let's give this a 50-50 chance I used an alternative method in drawing out the cork.. To my happiness, the wine was intact. It was delicious, It was velvety smooth, filed with blackberry and hints of subtle dark chocolate notes, as I had it airate in the glass for a bit, it opened up to a lovely bouquet of a complexity of notes, with hints of coffee. I opened this wine to enjoy it with a persutto and variety of cheeses plate. After that decided to try it with some swiss dark chocolate infused with orange, dreamy.
