    March 23, 2013 - Alive but only just. It had some teak, cedar, chesterfield and balsamic notes. It was lean and salty in the mouth was quite a bit of leather and earth. It drew its last breath after about 20 minutes in the glass and ended up as a fairly simple acidic beverage.
