June 17, 2023 - Definitively a Chard with some age. Darker yellow in color. Honey and lemon, still a slight floral scent on the nose. Well rounded on the mouth, a bit glycerine. Paired well with a chorizo, corn and scallop dish.
The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon and honeysuckle. -
