February 28, 2024 - Nose: maltose, sugar cane, mandarin peel, caramel, mushroom, strawberry
Notes: 12.5% ABV. Typical maltose and sugar cane nose that is usually present in vintaged Doms. Intense and with a long aftertaste, this without a doubt is a good Rose. After 2-3 hours of opening a wonderful nose of strawberries started to show and that was quite pleasant. However I do feel that this is good but not exceptional, although this bottle still has plenty of life ahead of it but I think there will be no problem consuming it now.
