September 9, 2018 - Best bubbles I have had in a long time. Bread, fruit, acidity. All in harmony. Complexity. Delicious.

December 25, 2014 - Light yellow color with medium sized mousse. This sparkling wine is in a great place right now. The nose and palate are packed with Granny Smith Apple, citrus, and minerals. There is crisp acidity that lifts the apple qualities of the wine. Overall, this was a refreshing appertif that delivered everything is expect from an Iron Horse sparkling wine - citrus, apple, and minerals.

August 3, 2014 - Light yellow color, very effervescent. Nose of brioche, citrus, apple and a hint of toasted almonds. Similar flavors on the palate with a clean and crisp mouthfeel and finish but with a touch of lingering creaminess. Drinking very well for an 8 year old sparkler. Still plenty of life left.

March 15, 2014 - Gorgeous straw color. Tight bright bubbles. Light yeasty citrus in the nose with a driveby of strawberry. Bubbly effervescence on the tongue with hints of apple and decided flat lemon blending into a buttery toast with that lemon zest at the end. Returns as nicely as going down too. Delightful.

March 15, 2014 - Quite a pleasant drink here. Palest, almost clear gold, fine bubbles; nose of almond, marzipan, light biscuit; medium-plus acidity, thick mousse, soft fine bubbles, quite persistent; marzipan, citrus cream, toast; medium finish.

Drink now over the next few years. Does not seem to risk fading any time soon.
