  January 27, 2011 - Nose of thyme and plain yogurt. The palate is thyme, sour, astringent. This is from a good wine maker whose other wines have been quite enjoyable.

On its own, I found it very strange with some red raspberry but predominated by tomato/tomato juice and a lot of acidity. With the food it was tamed and actually paired nicely.   August 13, 2010 - Have tasted this twice now, both times found it to be excessively tart. Nice, light, ruby color. Nose has some cherry, but more spice and even some pepper. Strong acidity is out of balance with the mild fruit. No finish to speak of.

  April 11, 2010 - Muted nose with some redberry fruit and spice, some bitterness in the mouth not much structure to it. Not a bad effort.
