December 2, 2021 - It’s held up but I’m drinking all mine now.
Still nice fruit, a little spice and a little chocolate.
It’s a ripper wine but it’s time is now. -

It does change by the mouthful. An interesting wine. I suspect it will fall apart for finishing of bottle tomorrow as I am a solo drinker.
Wine was stored in room ambient temp in a clay agi pipe. -
