January 22, 2016 - Appearance: Clear wine with a pale lemon colour. Lots of fine and intense bubbles.
Nose: Clean nose with a medium intensity. This wine is youthful.
Simple but pleasant on the nose, with golden apples, melon and peach being prominent, fruity notes. There is a very slight autolysis but it doesn't add to the wine.
Palate:
Off-dry
Medium lcohol
Medium+ acidity
Medium- intensity
Medium- finish
Slightly aggressive mousse
Unfortunately a little aggressive on the palate but rounds into the same fruity notes as the nose. Pleasant but simple.
Good quality sparkling wine from Mendoza, Argentina. Drink now and at 8-10 euros a bottle, below average QPR. -

January 28, 2015 - Pocas burbujitas pero pequeñas. Nos costó AR$95 pesos por la media botella. Norma dijo que tuvo buen acidez.
