June 28, 2021 - Drinking amazing. Still with floral notes. Slightly sweet taste of peaches, papaya and vanilla. Very little oak present.

November 12, 2018 - Pretty close to my experience from 3 years ago. Has an oxidized element, but also has good fruit and acidity; I think this is a very well made wine, but you really gotta like the slightly maderized style and the full body of this mutated varietal. Made for complex, rich-sauced dishes. It was also great with a French triple cream.

    July 3, 2017 - Tasted over 2 hrs
    -translucent light gold
-faint stony yellow fruit transient wisps of brown spices
-low acidity up front then some sneaks in the back end, med/med- weight soft textured mineral stone with a faint remnant of background lemon and touch of lanolin maturity, really opens up after 2 hrs
-interesting with subtle complexities, age shows up in loss of fruit more so than earthy/mushroom/lanolin mature elements or oxidation, an intellectual wine that has evolved considerably in 3 years and is drinking well now

August 22, 2015 - It was interesting to try this again with a little age. The glue smell was mostly burned off after it was open a couple minutes. It was slightly oxidated and might not have lasted too much longer.

    August 1, 2015 - Oxydé.
Malfré tout, aromes interessant qui percent: miel et pate d'amande
