February 17, 2024 - TN written upon opening. Medium(+) ruby, slow moving legs @14% abv. Closed nose, savory, barnyard, slightly volatile. Slightly off-dry, medium acidity, medium(+) tannin, medium(+) alcohol and full body. Palate: lots of blueberry, blackberry jam, licorice, milk chocolate, grilled meat. Concentrated and powerful, dense, smooth. Balanced, complex, good length with slightly puckering tannins.

November 4, 2023 - Open a magnum 2h before tasting. Continue to open in the glass. Very nice and smooth tanin. Can easily age longer but very good at the moment.
