April 17, 2024 - Best PN I have drunk for sometime. Red berry fruit and a hint of oak on the nose at opening. Continuation of the fruit flavours on the palate. Solid acidity and refined tannins gave it a solid backbone but beautifully smooth and developing complexity on the finish. Lovely.

September 14, 2022 - Just disappointing for a grnad cru. Good but not great. Too expensive !

January 29, 2022 - To me this just had everything the Mortet Gevrey-Chambertin '09 did (Forest strawberry, raspberry, red cherry with perfectly subtle and integrated oak. A bit floral and animal but a perfect mineral-driven acidity) but it added that extra layer of depth and complexity with a bit more dark fruit from dark cherry and blackberry.

Absolutely stunning and drinking just perfectly.

December 29, 2020 - Translucent ruby red in color. Sweet cherry and cranberry on the nose. Powerful sour cherry to taste. Long finish. Very solid overall

    2,5/5

April 16, 2016 - Dark & red fruits. Herbs, coffee, dried lemon peel. Violet flowers. Slight pepper. Improves after 2 hours aeration.

September 12, 2013 - Drouhin Laroze, M. Ilan, old Sauternes & Ports (JV's): Ruby/purple in color. The nose is ripe cherries of all kind, perhaps a bit of candy. Great texture. Lots of cherries layered on the palate. Plenty of depth. Long finish. This is a great wine and improved all night long.
