February 20, 2013 - Not a lot of Rose experience, but this is easily the most complex I've had. Deep Strawberry in color. Nose of rose petals and muted crushed strawberries. Medium bodied. Interesting palate of cranberry, strawberry and grapeskin. Paired wonderfully with whole grain mustard braised turkey tenderloin. Finish is well balanced and substantial for Rose.
