February 8, 2024 - Eye: Very very pale straw
Nose: Little bit of peach. Little bit of pear.
Palate: Peach pear, bubblegum, lemon. Not exactly a searing brut; the back of the bottle describes it as Extra Dry, and I suppose that’s correct.
Finish: Short. Lightly doughy and appley, and raisiny.
Overall: Profoundly fine. I suppose that I understand it’s popularity.
January 1, 2024 - Can’t beat it for the price. It’s easy-drinking, festive, and doesn’t offend anyone.
November 24, 2023 - Disappointing, off bottle. Uninspiring, linear, generic. Other tasting showed better.
September 23, 2023 - I didn't want a whole bottle of champagne, so I opened this. Not bad, but a little sweet for my taste.

September 5, 2023 - Near clear sparkler. Slight notes of citrus, honey, peach, creme on the nose. Bright, crisp, refreshing, light citrus. Not overly sophisticated but reliable and hits the spot. Used to make Aperol spritz.
