February 11, 2024 - Apero met Y&M. Smaakvol en fris, mooie licht geelgroene kleur, zachte bubbel, zacht mineraal, goede zuurtjes, boterige afdronk.

Also, do not save part of an open bottle because it does certainly not improve. On the contrary as the strong lees notes even increase

December 25, 2013 - Light and not too acidic. Light effervessence. Crisp and cold but sweeter than I remember. Lacks the toasty sophistication of premium champagne.
June 30, 2013 - - Yellow color with medium pearls with a medium/full body. Linear texture.
