August 31, 2011 - Tasted blind. Salmon hue with a platinum rim. Reticent aromas of strawberries, creme, dried orange blossom, vanilla pod, steel, mineral, garrigue and chamomile. Dry, bright, tart on the finish. Very enjoyable and well crafted. Subtle, transparent, linear and fresh with just enough weight and viscosity. Drink or hold.

watermelon and beautiful rose petals. A very dry finish that is just the trick on a hot
