October 22, 2022 - Well, I actually opened this by mistake because I decided to use a lesser wine with my standard unhealthy burger. I had a couple of wines out and just in a rush and didn't look at the label. It is certainly fully mature as I suspected but not over the hill.
Just a delicious wine consumed right out of the bottle. I have one more which I will drink very soon. Drink and enjoy! -
