April 15, 2017 - Balanced; lemon curd; long sweet finish.

April 9, 2017 - I didn't take notes but it did need time to open up.
Nose was not very aromatic. On the palate it didn't feel as rich as I expected, but tasted like an old wine with a long finish. Good level of acidity so I actually think it needs much more time.

January 28, 2017 - in the nose : minerals, petrol, orange zest, pineapple, grapefruit
in the mouth : heat by the alcohol, almond, a large sweet component that is probably related to the high alcohol %, but it does deliver a great interaction with the acids, minerals, grapefruit, honey, lactic, wood, citrus in the aftertaste, a lot of matter and a good acidity but the vintage shows a little too much

January 27, 2017 - - view: straw yellow, not much evolution and very greasy in the glass
    - nose: very intense nose. Mineral, some petrol and lactic at first.
Butter, grapefruit, pineapple and citrus after whirling.
    - palate: a round, soft start in the mouth.
Hints of apple, brioche, almond, pear, grapefruit and honey. Very lactic in the mouth but also with high acids which keeps the wine in balance.
Also quite (a little bit too) alcoholic, which can explain the sweet hints.
    A finish of 6-7 sec.

For me still a fantastic wine, although I liked the first one I tried some time earlier, a little bit more than this one.
This wine has the "greasiness" of my favorite Meursault wines and brings that mineral and citrus touch of the Sauvignon Blanc with it.
    I just love it!
