  July 1, 2015 - Ready to drink, no need to hold, light on it's feet for a zin, alcohol spiking a bit, but it's a zin after all, still black fruits with prunes and blackberries, a lot of minerals. Not the longest, but enjoyable.

  February 5, 2013 - Jammy with restraint, peppery, but not over the top. Kind of a Zinfandel with finesse. Nice fruit, but a little subdued. I like it. Probably a bit pricey for a zin these days... Little bit of funk on the nose.

  December 9, 2012 - With superb lasagna after xmas set up. Big on alcohol but this is classic Zin. Decanted 1 hr. Very good food wine combination. Nice dark berry color, spicy on the nose, but good start on palate. Good spice and fruit combination. Nice finish. Reminds me of how zin used to be 15 yrs ago.
