June 21, 2023 - TWS Group German Tasting (Must & Lees): Didn't blow me away - this felt slightly flat and lacking acidic lift. Fresh green apple, deep concentrated ripe lemon, sweet but clean. Quite contained and subtle overall.

June 21, 2023 - Germany (Must and Lees, N1): Medium yellow, quite pithy, definitely a sweet edge but this is held in check with some sharp spritz and citrus, like Robinson's squash. Very easy on the palate, pretty light in texture, a pleaser for sure.

May 17, 2023 - Medium yellow in color. Lovely pears with nice acidity still. Enjoyed.

November 21, 2021 - Opulent honeyed tropical fruit. Lots of residual sugar together with boatloads of acidity making it a very enjoyable drink.

March 30, 2021 - Light gold. Pretty much the same on the nose and the palate. Apples, grapes, dried mango, candied orange, lemon. The flavor is rather like hard candy - slightly artificial almost. Good balance between sweet and acid, although it could probably do with a bit more of the latter. Still, very nice, and in a very good place now. Take your time drinking this. I don't think it will decline for a couple of more years, at least.
