October 9, 2018 - Still drinking well
December 12, 2013 - Pretty stark and one dimensional day 1, improved day 2.
October 11, 2012 - Green and herbal, wtih faint cherry and spicy cedar. Very Cab Franc. Needs time.
August 14, 2012 - Tasty with burgers, benefits from at least 30 minutes of air.
May 28, 2012 - Heavy rubber to start. Opens up to fruit and a bit of spice rack.
January 5, 2012 - Drank this last weekend alongside another introductory level 2009 Bordeaux. A $7.50 purchase. Did not take formal notes. 85-86 points.
October 30, 2011 - Aerated and decanted for 4 hours. Definitely needed it as it was very tight with a load of tannins. After four hours it softed up considerably. I will give the rest another 2-3 years. Really liked it!
August 17, 2011 - Ok for price but not memorable
February 20, 2011 - Glass pour at Cyrano's. Mid bodied. Very primary at first but showed a little complexity with air time. Well structured. Lots of tannin, but it's not an obstacle to enjoyment. Nice value wine that has me buying in to what's being said about overall quality in 2009 Bordeaux.
