July 6, 2012 - A nice ruby red medium bodied wine with good balance. Lots of currant and strawberry aromas. I was expecting overpowering fruit after the first few sniffs but the raspberry and cherry flavors were well matched with the minerality. This one would probably go well with a variety of foods. Not one for the cellar but a very good QPR@ $14.
March 29, 2012 - Truffle, some tar and aniseed as well as a hint at cinnamon on the nose. Palate has quite good acid and tannin, length is decent as well, but the nose is more interesting than the palate.
March 16, 2012 - Tried at tasting. Fairly clear in glass, medium body. Good nose and tasty on palate. Finish is a little strange and too short.

October 27, 2010 - I'd buy if it was $9.99 on shelf. Not bad with Thai food though.
September 27, 2010 - Wine Wizards Tasting (The Warehouse): A little funky on the nose, but quite fruit forward on the palate.
September 23, 2010 - Agree with wineglas. Although I think it could use a year or two, or a good decant. Drank over 3 days, developed well throughout.
June 29, 2010 - Bonny Doon Tasting in Minneapolis; 6/28/2010-6/29/2010 (Minneapolis): Great fruit forward styled wine with spice, cherry, plum and cigar. Medium finish and great concentration to the wine. Drinking well right now!
