December 30, 2016 - Great herby oaky nose. Still dark fruit taste, decent tannin and acidity. Not dead

February 28, 2015 - Nose: blueberry and raspberry jam, seasoned cedar wood, vanilla bean, hint of eucalyptus, black pepper. Very fruit forward nose; attractive but not a big nose at all. Taste: dry, medium body, very fruit-driven. Blackberry all day, plus some black currant, ripe juicy black plum, fig. On the mid palate a nice hint of pine needle and pine gum, willow bark, and vanilla pull through. Nice dry tannins round out the finish - black tea. Excellent, a crowd pleaser and definitely aged well. has the blackberry profile I like. 91.

October 24, 2014 - Enjoyed this bottle very much... Beautiful dark berries with a lengthy finish and excellent balance. The tannins have smoothed out quite nicely and this vintage is in the prime of the drinking window. Could go another 3-5 years, but I would enjoy it now. Excellent QPV

April 8, 2013 - Will be an instant crowd pleaser, albeit high in alcohol content. Chewy, dark fruits, chocolate.
