July 9, 2023 - Baking spices and apple compote dominate over a bed of subtler medicinal aromas. Quite expressive in aroma and flavor.

January 14, 2023 - Jungsik: Opened 4 hours before pouring. Amazing honey and butterscotch on the nose. Very precise palate that is balanced and not overly sweet. Changes quickly over time like a chameleon. Some interesting herbal and spice notes add complexity.

September 18, 2014 - Domaine Huet Vouvray Masterclass 1934 - 2007 (West London Wine School): Golden hue, clear and bright. Honeysuckle and butterscotch on the nose. Some wet stone minerality. Sweet fruit and marmalade, good acidity. Lovely.

November 10, 2006 - The best dessert wine I've ever had. Ever. Honey and other fantastic things. Not cloying and thick like most dessert wines.

December 1, 2000 - Light, slightly golden colour; delicate nose of slightly honeyed peaches and nectarines. Not over-poweringly sweet, a typical desert wine. Lovely on its own or with a cigar. Long and complex.
