July 15, 2023 - The combination of toasty notes and bright, red fruits is quite special here. Also quite rich in the mid-palate and long finish. Quite lovely!!

April 9, 2023 - Lovely champagne. Color was strawberry red. Taste of Strawberry, smooth, semi-sweet, easy drinking. Lots and lots of mousse. As long as you dont prefer absolutely dry champ, i think this will be enjoyed by wide range of wine drinkers.

February 15, 2022 - Medium salmon pink colour. Small and lazy bubbles. Medium and developing nose with red currant, wild raspberry, wild strawberries, ripe lemon, toast, brioche and wet stone. Medium taste of red currant, wild strawberry, ripe lemon, toast and wet stone. Medium long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Rosé Champagne. Needed 15 min in the glass to open. Goes well as an aperitif, or with sushi.

    October 31, 2021 - Pnp.

More on the fruity side of the spectrume of the rosé champagnes. Instant strawberry jam and almond icing followed by red cassics and fresh wild strawberries. Very red fruit dominated. Maybe some dark cherries in the background and acetaldehyde (marker pen).

Palate is medium fruity with again strawberry jam and wild strawberries. Would prefer some more acidity since this gets a little bit "too sweet" for me. Mediokre structure.

There are many good rosé champagnes out there (Louis Roederer, Veuve Clicquot, Savart etc) and unfortunately this is not one of them in my opinion. Lacking some acid and structure to get me going but still good drinking for mingling.
