April 28, 2012 - Strawberry, cherry, yeasty biscuit nose. Nice red fruit palate with good acid and minerality. Aggressive bubbles and a sharp, dry finish.

Quite dry and almost still wine like on the palate - the cab franc really shows through with lots of graphite,iron and earth along with some dark cherry fruit - ultra dry. Went quite well with an array of dishes. Did not know that Baumard even made a sparkling wine...
