September 4, 2016 - May have picked this as an aged HV Semillon if served blind! Lovely, smooth flow of honey, hay, honeysuckle.

June 24, 2016 - A bit too much oak on this Chablis.

March 31, 2013 - Fabulous Chablis. Great acid backbone, marvelous lime-infused nose and palate. Well drink nicely for 6-8 or more years.

January 11, 2013 - This wine was PnP at a restaurant, and enjoyed over dinner.
The wine is clear, light lemon in color, fading to a colorless rim.
The nose shows developing aromas, medium(+) intensity, with notes of green apple skin, citrus zest, toasty/lees quality (from possible mild oak treatment?), and a laser mineral streak.
On the palate, this wine is dry, showing med(+) body and med alcohol, with med(+) intensity flavors of green apple, toast points/lees, lime juice, chalk, and a steely minerality. Just divine and so Chablis-esque. There is med(+) acidity to give a tense and vivacious, med(+) length finish that is full of citrus fruits and rocks. There is a hint of oakiness on the palate that is refined, and gives a slight richness to the otherwise tight and laser focus, quite nicely balanced.
This is a fabulous, high quality wine, drinking beautifully now, but will only improve with age over the next 10 years or so.

August 27, 2011 - Little bit of caramel, round with good concentration, carameled apple. 40% oak for 5 mo. then 10 mo. SS. 87-88. Tasted at the Domaine.
