June 16, 2016 - This was nice right out of the bottle, chilled. But from the second day on, not so interesting. I speculate that it's still way young, in GC Chablis terms, and should be drunk immediately or put away for 5-6 years. The alternative is that it's not very special wine. Not sure which.

June 13, 2016 - very good again, typical '09 profile... slightly more rounded and rich for a 7 year old Fevre Preuses, drink in the next 3-5 years

June 8, 2016 - I love this wine. Pretty lemon and minerals with lots of creamy lees and restrained oak. Exudes class.

May 30, 2016 - had at Andy's graduation celebration and was liked by all, Tiffany said this was particularly good, I remember it being rounded (as expected for '09)... this one doesn't appear to be an long timer, I would drink in the next five years

May 26, 2016 - Initially a little funk, but in 15-20 minutes this dissipated to reveal a sharply defined Chablis character with good balance of fruit and minerals. Has some of the big fruit of 2009, but this wine is more classically appealing than the Vaudesir of the same vintage. At peak just now.
