  March 12, 2016 - We were privileged to have dinner with the current wine maker at Alexana, and decided to share an older 2006 vintage. It was absolutely outstanding. The wine has matured and is drinking very nicely.

  January 4, 2011 - Big and smooth. Berries. Fine tannins. Long finish. Oaked. Definitely a solid bottle of Pinot.

  August 30, 2010 - Yamhill Carlton Tasting Event (The Armory, Portland Oregon): Leather, leaves, and dark raspberry flavors show on the nose. Bright cherries, along with a faint tart note hit on the palate. Vanilla oak shows, and the tannins still dominate the structure toward the finish. A little bit of earth shows. 88-

  July 22, 2010 - This was popped and poured at a restaurant. Over the night it actually started to taste like a Pinot Noir, but not at first. It is better than the last bottle, but I still wouldn't recommend it.
