March 9, 2017 - Lovely and nicely developed. Still a solid acid backbone and overall a great bottle. Toast and biscuit flavors with a touch of nuts and green apples.
Perhaps lacks some length but a great wine and the BdB is worth cellaring.

April 11, 2014 - For my tastes this almost always needs a couple of years to settle, nose s still quite primary with ripe apple, lemon zest and biscuit, palate though still has good intensity but in a more refined way with nice a cidity and a nice finish

January 31, 2014 - Always an enjoyable pour. Mellow style with good balance. Not much depth in the palate, but some sweet floral notes were interesting and complemented the apricot and lychee quite well.

December 25, 2013 - Good way to start off an evening. Crisp floral notes, apple, pear, star fruit palate. Not overly complex and lacks depth in the finish, but a solid bubbly at a fair price.

December 20, 2013 - 10kt golden color, active bead, and medium mousse. Ripe, yeasty, biscuity bouquet of toast, nuts, and a touch of moldy stank. There's a bit of oxidation in the mouth, but this is offset by bright, minerally flavors of lemon citrus, green apples, quince, and a lick of salt on the back end.
