January 13, 2024 - Small bit of sweetness to end the night. Drinks well. From the half bottle. Bit of the orange and something that is not quite the sugar and more the age. Tastes good.

August 2, 2017 - 375 ml/Jack's bottle/Still looks like a new release and tastes like it, too. Good amount of sugar and acid - but the alcohol seems very high and makes drinking more than a dip a chore. Hard to see where this is going.

December 15, 2016 - Beat your 2016 WOTY Dinner: Apricot, orange, coconut and marmalade on the nose. The palate is nicely resolved and balanced, with the sweetness taking a secondary role. Good length and while it might not have the depth of a truly great Sauternes, it was still a delight.

February 15, 2015 - A nice Sauternes but not much complexity, probably due to its age.

December 31, 2014 - This was a pretty weak bottle. It had some kind of metallic or tin taste that really was off putting.
