August 12, 2017 - Wow, this is fantastic. Strawberry and yeast on the nose. In the mouth, tiny bubbles percolate and pop with a yeasty and nutty effervescence. Mild acidity, brioche and perhaps a hint of citrus. This is how all sparkling wines should be. I wish I had more because this is one of the best bottles of bubbles we have had in a long time.
