    August 3, 2012 - Vin de couleur paille ou miel très clair. Nez et bouche muet au début, mais l'aération donne du volume au vin. Là le nez est typique du cépage avec agrumes (pamplemousse, orange et citron), herbes, miel et air salin. En bouche, l'image de goûter une coquille d'huitre salée avec du jus de citron est bien là, avec une belle acidité sans être tranchante, mais bien balancé, mène vers une finale où un peu de miel et une texture grasse apporte charme et plaisir. Rafraichissant sans être plat ou grossier. Très bien.
