October 10, 2015 - Decanted for 2h. Pale gold. A-noticeable but unobtrusive oak aroma, tart apples, minerals, flowers. P - apples, meyer lemon, minerals, flowers, a bit of honeysuckle toward back end. Nice weight and nice acids given the vintage. No trace of wood on palate. F- moderately long finish of fruit, acid, and minerals. Beautiful balance but still feels like it's hiding things. Young but very enjoyable. Probably should have held this for another 5 yrs or so.

June 25, 2015 - Quite a big style of Puligny. Pretty upfront and in your face but the big, bold flavours are matched with some cut and a pleasing spice character. Perhaps a little heavy in style and atypical for PYCM but a good food match might negate this somewhat.

June 23, 2015 - Significantly broader and richer on the nose than the St A Champelots. Similar on palate. Breadth rather than line. Opens up to an overtly vanilla spice nose. Surprisingly unsubtle for PYCM. ***

June 25, 2012 - Light straw color. A rich nose of citrus, melon. The palate has great depth. Pineapple, citrus, honeydew. Acidity is moderate, just enough to balance the fruit. Nice character on the front and mid palate. Nice finish that has a faint sparkle to it. I'm a fan.
