April 3, 2024 - Got these recently at auction. Quite rich and still wildly aromatic. On the nose the wine delivers berries, a small amount of aged funk and strawberry. In mouth the wine is spiced and Berry driven. The spicy flavors go on for nearly a minute. Flavors are boysenberry, huckleberry jam and strawberry. Finish is long and lingering with the spice continuing. White pepper, some paprika and cinnamon. Even at 15 years this wine continues to deliver great notes. It is one of my fvorite Pinot Noir's. Too bad Andrew is not producing these anymore.
March 23, 2024 - Stunning fruit, lighter color, long finish, lasting on the palate. Frankly, I have said it before but screw tops rock.
May 25, 2023 - Delicious. Flavor profile is very integrated. Sweet finish. Drink or hold.
April 19, 2023 - Continues to amaze me and a style of CA PN I like. Will last but time to drink.
April 22, 2021 - Never a disappointment. Brooding dark color, crushed fruit, smooth finish.

October 1, 2020 - Never disappoints on an evening with PN from 2010 or older.
September 5, 2020 - P&P and had a bit of spritz. Waited and this disappeared and a wonderful bouquet of luscious fruit came thru.
September 5, 2020 - Ravinia at Home (The Krengels - Bannockburn IL): Small glass, brief note. Still nicely fresh, but slightly sweeter than I’d prefer for Pinot Noir.
July 13, 2020 - Pop and pour. Delicious as usual, did fade after a while.
