June 17, 2014 - Caramel on the nose; on the palate, caramel, hazelnuts, and notes of orange peel, vanilla, and molasses, with a salty finish and a touch of alcoholic heat, but practically no sweetness. A good match with pears and goat cheese, but it would probably be even better with salted nuts and blue cheese, or maybe caramel and chocolate. A good value at $25 all in.
May 22, 2014 - Very dry. Briny and leathery, with hints of sultana, toffee and pecan. Not deep or complex, but perilously easy to drink....the sort of wine that would cause you to lose an afternoon.

May 22, 2014 - Dark golden caramel in the glass with notes of hazelnut, butterscotch and a hint of orange. Completely dry with a marked salinity. I'm still relatively new to finos but this was head and shoulders above the last one I tried. Really nice and drinking well.

May 4, 2014 - Very nice: hazelnuts, caramel, coffee, vanilla on the nose and on the palate. Good balancing acidity. (B+)
