November 12, 2013 - John & Annabelle's bottle. So black and opaque early on, this wine is now bright red with only secondary flavors and a warm, iron-rich minerality. Finish is sweet and long. So sorry I didn't save any of my bottles.

October 22, 2011 - 4th Saturday Group brown bagger (Mike's & LA's): Lovely aromas of dark fruit, iron, raspberry, vanilla and tobacco. Balanced, with black fruit and vanilla flavors on the palate. I guessed Cabernet.

June 14, 2002 - Vineyardgate tasting of syrahs. Very dark. Dark roasted nose. Good. Palate nice too. 5-11-15-6 87/100
