September 1, 2019 - This has matured incredibly well. Still lots of fruit, but very well balanced w underlying structure. This could go another 10 years had before a 2009 GC Burgundy and held it’s own. Would suggest a brief decant.

February 26, 2019 - See my notes from 2/4/16: "Raspberry, black cherry, roses, cola, herbs. Full bodied, rich and intense. Almost jammy. Somewhat sweetish in the mouth; velvety and smooth. Excellent balance. A long velvety finish." This time though, I got a slight amount of eucalyptus on the nose.

August 19, 2018 - This was so smooth and inviting. A bit one dimensional, less pop than the Poison 09 we drank alongside. Drink up.
