December 13, 2023 - Apple, pear, peach. Juicy and a touch sweet in amongst the medium bead.
October 25, 2023 - Big bubbles. Fresh nose. Apples. Easy to drink on its own.
June 26, 2023 - Tasted at Bacchus night at Bolto's. Pale straw with fresh citrus nose and a crisp, lime and grapefruit palate with a citrus pith finish. Good but pretty simple.

Well made and moreish. Fullish, with hint of exotic fruit in background and decent minerality and acidity for balance. Good on its own or with canapés.
