July 10, 2016 - Post Lake's Dinner; 7/9/2016-7/10/2016 (Muse): Blood, iron, slate and stones with pencil shavings and floral aromas. Palate shows good balance and while the fruit is quite rich, the structure holds true. Has some lift and texture to it. Good showing for how youthful it is.

February 7, 2016 - Forward and showed oxidation within an hour or so. Drink up!

January 17, 2016 - Needed 45 mins in the glass. Then lovely. A bit of barnyard on the nose, but more warm than off putting. Great fruit, subtle earthiness. Drink over next 3-5 yrs I think.

December 25, 2015 - Still elegant but transitioning from a younger vibrant wine to a more mature one. Took a couple of hours to open up. Lovely cherry, vanilla, and earthy notes.

October 29, 2015 - Similar to previosu bottle. Left it breathing for 2 hours. Very subtle nose and just a bit alcoholic. Palate was really good for me, elegant, light on its feet and almost fresh. It was the last flight out of 9 and my palate was probably a bit tired by then.
