December 31, 2023 - Nose of white flowers, apricot, orange marmalade, fig and lemon peel. Apricot, orange peel, molasses, lemon zest and spice on the palate. Very, very long finish. Gaining wonderful complexity and length with age. A very pretty wine with excellent acidic balance. Served with French chestnut cake.

December 10, 2022 - This wine was excellent. Notes of an aged Sauternes. Some sweetness on the palate, but it’s balanced with tart notes of citrus. The finish goes on for days. It’s too bad this wine isn’t made any longer.

August 7, 2021 - Very thick and sweet, highly aromatic with notes jumping from the glass. Strong orange for me. hints of watermelon on first taste. Had a pairing with peanut butter chocolate lava cake... it played the perfect elevated pb&j (please don't ban me)

April 12, 2020 - Aromatic nose of white flowers, orange zest, lemon curd, honey, apricot, toasted almond and nutmeg. Orange zest, apricot, honey, lemon and nutmeg on the palate. Dense and mouth coating. Good acidity. Very long finish. Served with a fruit tart.

April 10, 2020 - Caramel, dates, ripe sweet apples, super dense and long but also slightly heavy. Would benefit from a tad more acidity
