Wednesday, February 16, 2011 - Popped and poured. Nice intense lychee, slight petrol, and some slight ferns and earthiness. Really big and intense on the nose; delicious, rich and impressive. Great texture on palate with awesome blend of acid, sweetness, and some already tertiary flavors developing. The rich acid carries the sweetness deep into the finish which is rich, thick, and apple driven. Fantastic balance.
