Monday, April 26, 2010 - light golden color with lemon curd, seashells, well integrated wood and a stoniness. Really fine midpalate, with complexity and depth that belies its lightness on the palate. Very clean ad very long. Thank God it wasn't premoxed. I love Sauzet when it isn't premoxed.
