Saturday, October 1, 2011 - Needs 1.5 hours for this wine to shine; out of the bottle very alcoholic but it totally settles down. Pleasant and ripe, drinking nicely but can still evolve with another year or two. Blueberries, blackberries to me. A hint of smokiness on the finish. Good stuff.
